Friday, April 17
3 p.m. onward: Check-in & settle-in
4-5 p.m: Optional hot girl walk to the Bryant Park Reading Room
5-7 p.m: Welcome reception, dinner & drinks at Bookmarks Lounge
7:15 p.m: Optional excursion to McNally Jackson Books and Bibliotheque wine bar in Soho. Private transportation provided.
Saturday, April 18
8 a.m: light breakfast in the Library Hotel's Reading Room
9 a.m: Optional group trip to the Rose Reading Room at the NYPL
10:30 a.m - 3:30 p.m.: Private transit to BookCon 2026 (lunch onsite, vouchers provided) Shuttles will cycle between BookCon and hotel every ~30 minutes.
3:30 p.m: Final private shuttle back to Library Hotel for departure. Guests who wish to stay at BookCon longer may secure their own transportation back to the hotel.
5 p.m.: Dinner in Manhattan (location TBD)
Evening Options:
1) Bookish Broadway Show (details to come)
2) Relax & read at the hotel or nearby quiet locations (don't worry, we'll guide you!)
Sunday, April 19
8 - 10 a.m: light breakfast in the Library Hotel's reading room & private reading time
10 a.m.: Check-out and group transport to BookCon 2026 (lunch onsite, vouchers provided). Luggage can be left with hotel concierge. Shuttles will cycle between BookCon and hotel every ~30 minutes.
2 p.m: Final private shuttle back to Library Hotel for departure. Guests who wish to stay at BookCon longer may secure their own transportation back to the hotel.
